Why we exist

Most SMEs are stuck in the middle

Malaysian SMEs keep the economy running, yet most still run on WhatsApp chats, spreadsheets and the owner's memory. It works, until the business grows and enquiries slip, records stop matching, and evenings disappear into admin.

The usual options don't fit. Big agencies are built for big budgets and long projects. Cheap freelancers can be hard to reach once the site is live. Off-the-shelf software often asks you to change how you work to suit it.
