Rental terms, in plain words
The full terms are in your booking confirmation. These are the ones people ask about most.
Drivers aged 21 to 70, with a full driving licence held for at least one year.
Licences from ASEAN countries are accepted as they are. Visitors from elsewhere need an International Driving Permit together with their home licence.
RM200 to RM1,000 depending on the car, paid with your booking. It comes back within 3 working days after you return the car.
Return the car with the same fuel level as at pickup. Otherwise we charge the fuel used plus a small refuelling fee.
RM20 an hour after your return time. If you need longer, extend from Manage booking while the car is still free.
Summons issued during your rental are your responsibility. If they are not settled within 7 days, we deduct them from your deposit.
Every car has comprehensive insurance and valid road tax, and is serviced on schedule.
Free up to 48 hours before pickup, with a full refund. After that, WhatsApp us and we will try to help.
Questions
Do I need an International Driving Permit?
If your licence is from an ASEAN country, no. If it is from anywhere else, please bring an International Driving Permit along with your home licence. We check both at handover.
How do I pay, and how does the deposit work?
You pay the rental and a refundable deposit online by DuitNow QR or FPX when you book. After you return the car, we refund the deposit within 3 working days, less any fuel, late or summons charges.
Can you deliver to KLIA late at night?
Our standard hours are 8am to 10pm. For flights landing later, WhatsApp us before booking and we will confirm whether a driver is available.
Is there a discount for longer rentals?
Yes. Rentals of 7 days or more get 10% off automatically. For a month or longer, WhatsApp us for a monthly rate.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, from Manage booking, as long as the car is not booked by someone else after you. You pay the extra days online and get a receipt on WhatsApp.
What happens if I get a traffic summons?
We match every summons to the booking and send you the details on WhatsApp. You can settle it yourself within 7 days, or we deduct it from your deposit.
